CiiLOCK supports its products through corporate and regional teams and distribution relationships. Its published office network spans Melbourne, Stafford, Ningbo, Milano, Singapore, Cape Town and São Paulo. VOLTA enquiries can draw on that wider network.
The complete door is supplied by a suitable fabricator. Our role is to help establish product suitability, coordinate technical information and connect the enquiry with the relevant team or supply channel.
We do not assume that every CiiLOCK distributor stocks every VOLTA configuration. Confirm the local product, controls, lead time, installation responsibility and aftercare before ordering.

Can I specify VOLTA outside Australia?
Yes, you can enquire about a VOLTA integration for an international project. Supply, system compatibility, controls and local requirements must be confirmed for the destination market. Start with the project region and country.
Can our preferred window and door manufacturer use VOLTA?
Ask them to contact CiiLOCK early. VOLTA is designed to be integrated by a capable fabricator into a compatible system; suitability depends on the profile, track, door configuration and available technical support.
Can I discuss distribution or a new system integration?
Yes. Use the contact form and include your country, company, proposed door system and the opportunity you would like to explore.
What if the doors are made in a different country from the project?
Tell us both the fabrication country and the installation destination. We can help confirm the supply route, available technical support, battery transport arrangements and where fitting and commissioning should occur. These need to be agreed before manufacture and shipping.
Are Australian specifications automatically valid elsewhere?
No. Performance and compliance need to be assessed for the complete door and the local project. The team can help identify the technical information needed for that review.
